The more they discuss "process" over "content", the weaker the speech will appear. Not that there will be much there under the BEST of circumstances...

3. Since the MSM always goes over and over

bush's speeches telling us what he said why he said and on and on, why doesn't he give his speeches about 3 o'clock in the morning and we could watch our favorites on TV. There's not too much I like to watch on network TV and guess what the stumbler, bumbler is going to talk while one of my favorites is on. That makes a lot of Americans madder than heck.
