Rogue President? Isn't that exactly what we have now?
A President who uses legal contortions to justify any and all actions he decides he wants to do. Damn the law!

Between the signing statements, which are sometimes a direct contradiction to the law he writes them on, and the participation in program after program (or war) that is not justified by US and international law. He will not respond to congress. He will not respond to the judicial branch. He will do what he wants to and no one will stop him (paraphrased from Tony Snow).

Do we and congress have to face the fact that after 200 years, we now have a Rogue President, a rouge executor? The constitution is meaningless to such a man. And that is what we have heard him say. "It's just a God dammed piece of paper!"
