Here's A Quote From A CEO I Can Respect

Without going into it much I will say that earlier today I sent an E-Mail to the President of a small company located in Omaha, Nebraska. It is a speciality company known world wide for its very limited line of products.

The E-mail I sent was complimentary and asked a question which led to his reply. That matter will be taken care of tomorrow but here is something he said that I would give my eye-teeth to hear more often.

"We do take our service seriously. In this world of Chinese made junk, we also try to make a quality product in the US. I will forward this to the office and pass on your comments."

Refreshing.

2. A Bootmaker called Dehner

They make custom boots. Not cowboy boots. They make boots for Polo and Fox Hunting types, also those tall Motorcycle Officer type boots. They have a few other speciality boots too, and that is what they made for me, one of the others.
