Someone fitted Mr. Bush with a new suit out of completely transparent material. The bankruptcy of his administration's diplomatic and military strategies have been laid bare for all of us to see. Even the ignorant realize that we can't start another war while in the middle of two losing ones. There is no way our military could survive an attack on Iran or Syria.
It's impossible that this is accidental. The people appointed by this administration to manage things like strategy and diplomacy
must know what they're doing. They can't be that inept, that incompetent.
It has to be deliberate. They're trying to unhinge the Middle East.
Why, I'm not sure. It's not as though we have the resources to go in and occupy any more countries--particularly considering the level of success we're seeing in Iraq and Afghanistan. We're not going to get any real help from our allies--they're shocked and disbelieving of the stupid things we've already done.
So what's really going on?
Israel can't take and hold that territory either, even with our help. The uneasy balance the Islamic nations in the area have had to maintain with Israel for the past several decades is growing increasingly close to disruption.
Is this all about religious belief? Is it all about touching off Armageddon after all? If so, it's purest insanity. A government, a people, cannot afford to tolerate insanity in its ranks. Not the kind of insanity that leaves death and destruction in its wake.
Their insanity has been revealed to the masses, and the masses are starting to realize what it is that stands in front of them.
Insanity breeds insanity.
They must be stopped.
I'm fully on the impeachment wagon now. Not just Bush, but the whole lot of them need to be tossed out on their cans. And fast.
I think even some of the Republicans in congress are starting to figure out that this has gone too far. Even the TV talking heads--all except the FOX NEWS people who are obviously operating their bodies without any sense of intelligence or responsibility--are seeing the man behind the curtain.
Enough is enough.
America deserves better than this. The world deserves better. Humanity deserves better.
It's time for President Nancy Pelosi.
