Remind me - wasn't Rumsfeld's goal to make the Armed Forces
more efficient and modern so we wouldn't need as many troops?

1. all the money went for gizmos and gadgets instead.
all high tech bullshit that just blows up the dirt.

3. Don't forget a lot of the money went to Raetheon to build defense
for military vehicles and it will take them until 2009-2010, even when Israel already uses a product that has been battle tested...

War profiteering, I hope Congress passes a law...about war profiteering....
