I got a good laugh out of this.
On Wednesday, Jan 10, the president addressed the nation with a speech outlining his new strategy for Iraq. Like all speeches, the final draft was the work of a committee. However, my source inside the White House has sent me the first draft of his speech, which was handwritten, with margin notes, by the president himself. What follows is an exact copy of that speech.
(FYI - my source is a dedicated public servant with no axe to grind with this White House, and asks only for anonymity, a medium-sized Milk Bone and the occasional scratch behind the ears.)read more:
