Edited on Sat Jan-13-07 11:55 AM by Monkeyman
No more wounded or KIA's Bush. People open your windows and scream Sir No Sir. Put signs up do whatever it takes to bring our kids home. Write Letters take to the streets. We no longer can wait for Congress to do something. We The People Must Be Heard.

Today I rant got back from the VA today saw a young 19 year old women with both legs gone. She Smiled and said I am alive. What Guts

4. No more
Monkeyman, that must have torn your heart out, seeing that brave young woman. At 19, my daughter was still living at home. To me, 18, 19, 20 year olds are just kids, and should never have been thrown into the hell of Iraq. I wonder how many young Iraqi women are missing limbs, as well.

I feel so helpless, but you're right, we have to protest, scream to Congress, anything, to stop this madness. We have young men and women killed and maimed, and in the meanwhile, the daughters of the man who caused this carnage are partying through life, not a care in the world. This is just so wrong.

7. I know, and I admire you for what you do
Keeping your promise, even though it causes you anguish, just makes your actions more commendable. You are so right, these kids need us to do everything we can to stop this insanity. I have two grandchildren, ages 20 and 22, so believe me, when I hear about these kids getting maimed and killed, it chills me to the center of my being. I thank you for doing what you do in spite of your own grief and pain. Peace to you..
