I'm tired of hearing wingnuts call us the "Democrat" Party. It's time to turn the tables and call them the "Republic" Party

20. I call their party the REPUBLIKLAN Party or the REPUBLICLOWN Party.
The Republiklan party uses the name Democrat to imply that our party does not work in a Democratic Manner.

Republic to me does not appear a slur.

When you call their party the REPUBLIKLAN or the REPUBLICLOWN Party you're making a slur of their party.

Use those two terms not REPUBLIC. That's not a slur.

Their party does appear the party of the people who belong to the KLAN in the late 20th century. David Duke, Trent Lott, Strom Thurmond and other sub rosa KLAN sypathizers.

As for REPUBLICLOWN, that implies them as fools.

I just had to check to check to see how the article actually read and it was, as expected, gramatically correct --- "Democratic Party"...

Every time somebody calls drops democrat I drop Repug.

If that happened 1 time on a national show it would shut them
up for good.

Rep. Boner of Ohio used the word after calling for bipartisan cooperation
between the parties.

I called his office and some little twit told me that Democrat was the right
way to say it ..... i told her that I had worked for the Ohio Democratic Party
and I might know the name ....

I also dropped some Stephanie :loveya: Miller on her ....
When 2 vowels go a walking the first one does the talking so Boehner
should be pronounced BONER

Correct usage is the key.

Democrat is a noun. A person. That is all it is.

Democratic is an adjective, it describes something.

The way your sentence reads is fine.

every dem should stop the proceedings and publicly correct them. Chastise them for being so ignorant of such a basic historical point, and question their overall intelligence. Smack them down in front of the cameras.

Do it EVERY TIME until those assholes get it. I think that would fix the problem.

Calling them the "republic party" isn't snappy enough! We have to be more ingenious than they are.
