Reprisal against the Bush Administration for their defiance

Who are they defying?

Well, just about everyone when it comes to this Escalation.

The Iraq Study Group
The Legislative Branch
And let's not forget the American People too

It's obvious that the Bush Administration needs to be sanctioned for what they are doing, no longer acting like the Executive Branch, but rather a Strong-Armed Dictatorship.

And, here is how we can start. We need to make as many Senators pledge to deny as many Neo-Conservatives and Far Right Conservatives that Bush nominates to posts entry.

And that should begin when Zalmay Khalilzhad, a Neo-Con and member of PNAC, gets nominated to become Ambassador to the UN, tell your Senators to say NO.
