1. Chimp probably still couldn't find Iraq on a world map.

He's just following Cheney's orders and repeating the neocon talking points he's memorized. He knows the situation is fucked up, but he also knows he's powerless to do anything about it because he lacks the brainpower to understand it and the will to defy his puppetmasters.

I think he really thinks that freedom is something special that American has and must pass on. I think he really believes that all the things he is told by Cheney.
