There will be only one way to stop BUSH and CHENEY
They need to be impeached.

Again most Americans have not figured it out yet, the Bush administration, with his end of the world FUNDI backing and NeoCon NeoNAzi Fascists don't care about public opinion, law, the constitution.

They and their media collaborators are the closest things to the NAZI party and Stalinistic reign of terror the world has ever seen.

They must be IMPEACHED and thrown in prison.

It has come to this point, there is no other way now.

5. I've been "on Pelosi's case" since the day she said that crap on TV
I was a bit suspicious of her, but that day sealed it for me.

I've been a feminist since the beginning of the second wave, and have looked forward to women in high posts.

BUT--a woman who sells us out needs to be gone. She needs to recant, and fast, or... let someone with a spine take over.

Yeah, I'll get blasted, but what the shit... it needs to be said!

13. I so totally do not understand the impatience
people were slamming her as ineffective before she even got the gavel. It is bizarre IMHO. She deserves time to get her feet wet. She deserves time to work out the back stage deals required to make it happen. She deserves NOT to be expected to click her heals like a magician and suddenly all of America's problems vanish. I don't really mean this so much to you personally but to her detractors in general.

18. I don't think Nancy Pelosi has any time to waste...
This White House acts alone. Look at what just happenned...we were led to believe that congress could put an end to the escalation by stopping it’s funding.

Now it’s a done deal. Bush literally turned into a gangster thug, he’s holding the lives of our troops in his hands and telling Congress, 'fund this war or these soldiers die'.

His actions are treasonous. ...If anyone slammed Pelosi before she got her gavel, it was because we were led to believe we were going achieve some accountability. ...She should have never told us "impeachment was off the table". ...I keep telling myself she did that only to throw the White House off track.

What has it gained us?

A country in a big mess, and the constitution in tatters. What more should we wait for?

IF and that is a BIG IF, Congress does ever act, the dictator and his monkey will not abide by the laws. They will ignore the Congress and do what ever they please.

I think it is going to take "We the People" to stop them. How, I don't know, march on DC, massive protest, storming the White House and carrying them out? I just don't know what it will take, but impeachment will not stop them.
We do need to get congress to move on Impeachment so that when this regime pushes on after that, then "We the People" will have a battle cry and the so called patriots will have to follow us or admit they are not patriot after all.

4. While more and more people reach the conclusion that
Bush and Cheney must be impeached, there does not seem to be a clear sense of how urgent the need for impeachment is. Impeachment now could prevent another senseless and potentially more disastrous war. These guys know the clock is ticking and they are moving their military agenda ahead in high gear.

They are getting desperate. The new congress is like a noose around their necks and they know it won't be long before the floor falls from under them.

We needn't concern ourselves with what Pelosi says or doesn't say, Ms. Pelosi will do whatever the congress tells her to do. What we need, if there are any left, are republican patriots to join our cause.

As soon as congress decides to throw the switch to open the trap door under bushco, Pelosi will become the first woman President in the history of the US. Damn that feels good to write that. Try it yourself!

And she'll be the third un-elected US President, ever.

America has been run by a criminal enterprise for decades upon decades upon decades. The leadership now there are just figureheads and not all of the people pulling the strings are even Americans. The worlds power elite are not going to lose the power. They will adjust, they will go underground. They'll behave a short time until we turn our backs again but they won't be stopped. Prison won't change that.

Having said all that, I still support impeachment and prison. It is the only tool we really have to even attempt to control the beast.

And as much as you think we have a case right now, WE DON'T. We have to have investigations which prove conclusively, publically, transparently that the administration deserves impeachment, because we still have close to 40% of the voting public which supports them, and if we rush this we will blow it. We don't have the senators now. WE WILL after investigations. WE WILL NEVER HAVE THEM if we rush this.
