Seems they are having a hard time filling Scooters jury...
WASHINGTON - Nine potential jurors were interviewed - and three of them dismissed after being asked their opinions of the Bush Administration - in the first day of the perjury and obstruction trial against former White House aide "Scooter" Libby.

2. yeah, who woulda thought?
Although I would not do it, I'm sitting here imagining myself lying in response to those questions, so I'd be selected--I'd love to watch that all go down.

Assuming I had the right amount of tranquilizers, that is . . .

6. That's a fairly normal pass rate (66.66%)
for first round questioning.

Very many people get rejected for a variety of reasons, one of the 3 rejects was for work reasons.

7. I heard
from the local radio station today, which is affiliated with Fox News radio, that they were asking potential jurors where they get the majority of their news. Didn't say who was asking or why.
