7. None of the above. He's performing exactly as he wants to.
And he certainly has no pangs of concience about it. I also doubt he has any fear of Democratic action, since they so far haven't acted on anything.

10. He's tucking into an absurdly expensive feast
on the taxpayer's dime, hideously expensive wine included. He's smug as hell and safe in the knowledge that he can do no wrong since Congress has become irrelevant. Besides, he'll be pardoned in January 2009 even if they do manage to get stuffy enough to make him have to do stalling tactics to stay out of prison.

Don't ever underestimate the smugness of the GOP Christian soldier.

12. Unfortunately Warpy, I think you've hit the nail on its proverbial head.
If anyone thinks this smug little b*stard from Texas gives a damn about the Constitution, Congressional oversight or anything else, you're sorely mistaken.

He's probably sitting there laughing at the fact that Pat Leahy, Arlen Specter, Russ Feingold, etc had the "gall" to aks him these questions anyway.

He honestly believes that he is above the law as do Chuckelnuts, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice and the rest of the cabal.

15. None of the above-what does he have to worry about? He did a great job?
he deflected and stalled just like he is supposed to. What was wrong with what he did this morning? Do you hate America or something?

16. None of the above
Torture Boy expects to get away with it all. In his mind, it is not even a consideration...it's a given.
