Who is the woman reading the news on Air America?

I keep hearing "Chris DeBelle" from ______________? What's her name and WHERE is she broadcasting from?

Laura Flanders website. She was/is her producer. It is Christabelle but I'm not sure how Ensiaboadi (?) is spelled. I love her voice and the way she says her name.
