1. Preamble was enough, thanks.
It told me all I need to know -- that the "Constitution Party" has nothing whatsoever in common with the United States Constitution.

4. The Republicans already want to abolish those anyway
But since they are a major party they aren't so open about doing so.

6. they say 'ample evidence exists that the 16th amendment was
not legally ratified'? I'd like to see some of that evidence.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sixteenth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution
According to Wiki it was passed by 42 states. It also mentions one big reason why I favor it - "The amendment was the crowning feature of a larger trend of legislative action meant to curb the power of the wealthy."

3. I researched them once before
Disappointingly it seems the party is mainly made up of paleoconservatives. Wikipedia says:

'The Constitution Party advocates a strong adherence to the original intent of the U.S. Constitution and the principles of the U.S. Declaration of Independence. It takes a conservative approach on moral issues and seeks to restore what it calls the "Biblical foundations" of "American jurisprudence".'

8. They have about as much to do with the constitution
as the neocons do, nothing at all.

9. Bunch of misanthropic, selfish fucks...
... that believe their interpretation of the Constitution is the only one. But, as long as they are peeling a portion of the Repukes retarded voters away, who cares?
