4. Will Our Congress Finally Fix Our Electoral System...

It's simple enough. Hand Counted Paper Ballots would go a long way... Also, Electronic Voting Machine Companies should be required to buy-back each and every one of their machines.

In any case, tampering with the vote should involve a much more serious penalty than months in jail. Maybe short of hanging... but significantly more than it currently appears to be.

5. Well I, for one, would really like to stop hearing how Kerry lost.

He didn't lose; we were robbed--again. There was only so much he and his people could do to ensure that the votes were cast and counted properly, so I wish people would stop blaming him.

8. It's the effin ELECTION LAWS that are written to protect the thieves that needs changing.

The way that the Rethugs have their election laws written protects THEM and their operatives whil giving little recourse to the candidates or the voters who are getting screwed.

This is just another example.

9. I and my daughter were talking about those old oval pictures of

all the presidents. When they do the next one I want mine to have President Gore (2000)and President Kerry (2004) on it and I don't want to see *ss anywhere on it. Kind of like England when discussing Cromwell.

... because I travelled from Chicago to Cuyahoga and worked with MoveOn to help get the vote out for Kerry.

I've been a voter since the 1976 election, but 2004 was the first time I ever gave money or worked on a political campaign. I knew Ohio was crucial, so I selected Akron where I could stay at a releatives's house (my father grew up in Akron).

We HAD to get * out of office, but it was stolen AGAIN:grr:

12. Cleveland family

So thats exactly where both my parents were born, in that part of Cuyahoga County. Its also a very Jewish district too, which tends to go democratic. (except for a couple of very rich spoiled idiots that I am related to who think that only Bush can keep Israel from being destoyed....:rofl:
Seriously though, I do have a ton of relatives there and spent a great deal of time there as a child and it really saddens me to see this happening in a place that I have many ties to.
