Refer USA to the Security Council (wmd's)

It seems we violted the Chemical/Biolgical weapons treaty when we produced the worlds most weaponized anthrax. Not to mention disposing of these kinds of items without documentation. Seems there are lots of secrets. Why can't we be refered to the UN security council by another country, such as Iran, They could demand inspections, they could demand we open our facilities to the world.

It seems this would be a prefect tactic for Chavez to use to shut up the Bush administration, the worlds media would be singing hypocrisy.
