3. Just a guess ... but the camel's hump is supposed to carry water
for survival in the desert. Maybe it's a reference to Muslims controling the majority of the oil reserves.

4. Translation for non-British
(it's not a great cartoon if you don't know the references the British would get)

"to get the hump" is to get annoyed or angry.

The camel represents Mohammed/Islam/Arabs (take your pick, but 'Mo' probably means Mohammed - it will be interesting to see if anyone complains about this)
The pig represents Denmark - the mark on its buttock is the 'Danish Bacon' brand - a common export from Denmark to the UK.
