This is a vote to waive the budget act with regard to the Asbestos trust find bill. 60 votes are needed.

1. Now we'll see where this latest Cheney calamity is polling among
Senators. If they vote for it, it means that the incident is currying favor toward Cheney. If they vote against it, it means that they recognize that something smells to high heaven in Texas, and that this is going to have a negative impact on the upcoming elections.
