good. Just a little heart on a message board, and it lit me up inside. I was thinking "wooohooo!! Not everybody thinks I'm just a prick!" LOL

I think this was a brilliant idea by Skinner. I could only imagine how many others have felt that same true sense of inner joy inside with each heart they get. It's the simple things sometimes, ya know? :)

I've given hearts to people I don't know because I liked reading their posts. It's a way of saying that I'm glad you're part of this community. I've done this mostly for people who don't already have one.

I feel very appreciated because not only did two people send me valentines, someone paid for my menbership during the last fund drive. It's greatly appreciated because I've been out of work since mid 2003 and was getting awfully broke.

So I'm grateful, and when the dust settles and the estate is cleared, I'll be paying it forward.

12. you don't have to actually know anyone, i haven't met one DU'er

in person but i many DU'ers are great and very informed people, you'd be amazed the info you can get here. I sent a heart to a poster that i ask questions to all the time, he's my "go to" legal guy.

some people I would have given them to, because I appreciate what they do, like liveoaktx and the great videos, or momcat and her perseverance on important issues, had several - so I spread the love out as best I could. Maybe that is what happened to you!
