I've got a question, maybe a dumb one?
It's about the term "freepers". Of course I know that freepers are the people who post on that other forum that people talk about all the time. So often, though, I see the term freeper applied to neocons, conservatives, or repukes in general...I think.

So, when someone talks about a freeper, are you talking specifically about the posters from that other forum or could you be talking about Republicans, neocons, right wingers, or any other jackasses in general?

For example, when someone says, "My brother-in-law is a worthless freeper", does that mean he's actually someone who posts over there, or just that he's a Republican or right winger of some kind? Just wondering. Thanks in advance.

2. It is a bit of a catch-all term these days.
Used for mindless Repub sycophants everywhere,
regardless of their web use.

3. To me, it's a general term, although I usually use 'wingnut' instead.
I don't take 'freeper' to always mean an active poster over in that septic tank. A new term, now, is also 'cultist' to describe those who will believe anything Junior says simply because he said it.

4. It's like "Kleenex." It can be specific or broad, depending on context.

6. LOL
Good analogy!

Yeah, I kind of thought it was like that, only I wasn't sure. Sometimes it's hard to tell.
