The sequence of events is bullshit- and that could be proven, one way or the other if it is.

Unless the guy dies, this is over. Cheney is off the hook, he's gotten away with "attempted" murder. I guess in America some of us are more equal than others!

shoot his friend in fromt of all those wittinesses? That doesn't make sense to me. What was his motive? Clue me in. I'm not saying I wouldn't believe that but I have no clue as to a motive.

I didn't mean it literally. But, he has been able to shoot someone at point-blank range with virtually no questions from law enforcement. It's frightening to me, because I have often lamented--in disgust to my friends when I see the administration getting away with another jaw-dropping atrocity--that they could kill someone on TV in broad daylight and their defenders would excuse their every last move. I simply don't get it!

Your going to leave a trace. I called back east - I don't know anyone that believes the one beer story. They are hunters - they know better. Some percentage of people are already tipped.

Anyway, if Whittington was drinking, and you gotta belive blood tests were taken, it won't matter what Cheney says at this point. His star witness already says they were drinking only Dr Pepper.

The sequence is wrong, a mistake on his part. It will be exploited, unless you believe two and two equals five. Can't be the only mistake, either. He didn't have enough time to do more.

Group of people go out. Two group of prey spotted, one than the other. Part of your group (Whittington) shoot and kill part of the first prey group. Later a second group spotted and than the accident.

The problem for Dick is, by his own account, he knew where his friend was and where he went when he went after group 2---by virtue of being in the first group he saw the second. It is a big problem for him. He knew where he was, he knew where he was shooting, he knew where his friend went and he didn't look.

It is a matter of negligence.

I think it is quite compelling - and that is from the cleaned up after reports.
