VIDEO- CIA didn't come to Whistleblowers conference- Letter

I thought this was funny-Kucinich waves Hi to the CIA

Apparently CIA sent a letter to the committee that NO ONE HAD EVER been retaliated against at the CIA for whistleblowing, therefore there was no reason for them to attend. (Missed the very beginning of this with Shays in video so have audio of his comments instead)

Yuh-huh.
