1. It's up to Hannity, O'Reily and Limpbaugh.
I don't hear or listen to any of them. I don't know where they stand on this.

4. The deal will stand
This could be an ideal opportunity for the democratic leaders to show America that they are more concerned about the nation's security than the almighty dollar. But I see another bending over and grabbing the ankles as with the war, the Roberts confirmation, the Alito confirmation, etc.
A little bit of squawking so they can fool their voters at home but no serious actions.
