I thought there was some sort of anti-smirk medication...
I think that the chimp's constant smirking, while discussing catastrophic events, is indication of serious mental illness.

3. Especially when he talks about death
the smirk comes out in full force! Even his squinty, little eyes seem to smirk! :grr: :puke:

2. I've heard he was on anti-depressants for a while
but he's obviously gone off them recently (like in the last year or so). That's when his public speaking REALLY began to fall apart. I think that's when he went off the wagon, too ... He's back to the towel-slapping, incoherent frat boy he was until he was 40. Wonder if LauraEasyBake will leave him when he's out of office (she gave him the ultimatum before).

5. I recently signed a petition
to have devil-boy IMPEACHED for being 'INSANE or Mentally incapacitated'.. It was on petionsonline, had references to Physicians' statements, cited DSM4,PDR, and excerpts from 'bush on the couch' book.

Mental Illness, definitely. Because HE's crazy, the world suffers..until we refuse to participate in his insanity.
