on permanent bases. "Let them have their silly little civil wars, we aren't going anywhere. it belongs to US"

3. Nonsense Dick,
There are literally many dozens of ways of losing this fight. Frankly, quitting may be the only way of not losing. Perhaps we could interest the Iraqi's in quail hunting. At least it would give them something else to shoot at.
