Will the AP KATRINA tapes be to Bush what June 23 tapes were for Nixon?

....both exposed the president in each case as a wretched liar.
....When people saw the transcript of the Nixon June 23 tape, in which he explicitly ordered that the FBI and CIA but manipulated into covering up his administration's crimes, he was finished. Hugh Scott and Barry Goldwater, among others, went to the White House and told him "it's over."

Question: will his uncontrovertible, shameful lying be enough to get Junior pitched out of office?
Next Question: who will play the role of Scott and Goldwater, going to the White House to tell Bush Jr. "It's over?"

5. I doubt it. Cheney will shoot someone else, a pretty white girl will go
missing or we'll attack another country.

Bush could be eating dead babies on the White House lawn and the stupid fucks that voted him in would try to find out what dipping sauce he was using so they could be just like him.

(much as we may have disagreed with his philosophies and his naked, but rather small compared to the current bunch of Rulers)

Bush is Emperor of a Slavish Nation in search of fetters, which are being applied as qyuickly as possible without "waking the slaves".

No comparison. Imperial Amerika is NOTHING like Free America used to be.

the equivalent of Nixon tapes, imho. Or perhaps the tapes of the Metropolitan Detention Unit in Brooklyn, NY (also a federal ICE facility).

15. After seeing the world news tonight, I have to say no.
NBC and ABC have already covered for Bush by giving him excuses. One being that Bush asked a lot of questions the next day, Monday.
