Was "Brownie" the fall guy? Sure looks like usual suspect at fault - W.
Just watching CBS News coverage of August 28 video. Nice job of deflecting blame to "Brownie," apparently. Yeah, he was an unqualified crony, but he did take the warnings seriously, as the video shows. Bush couldn't be bothered; didn't get it (anybody remember the goat book reading in Fahrenheit 911?) The carefree guitar player that was Bush on 8/29 had indeed been told ("Who could have known the levees would break?" - BS). So, the media made fun of Brownie, and guess who was truly at fault? How much longer, oh Lord, how much longer? What more does it take?

The man is not bright enough or interested enough to even know the question, let alone the answer.
