5. Selfishly, no.
Son and wife just had their 3rd child on February 28th. Yeah! His gift to his wife on Valentines Day was a vasectomy. (P.S. Gift to himself, too, as she was going to cut him off).
But I get your point; if abortions are going to be off limits, why not vasectomies?
And wouldn't a vasectomy be a no-no to the religious right because it's goal is to kill babies? :crazy:

15. A vasectomy doesn't really kill babies, but I have heard some of
the fundies denounce any surgical birth control procedure, male or female, referred to as mutilations. In their opinion, your body is supposed to remain as God made it and to render yourself sterile is in conflict with God's will and is, therefore, mutilation.

Of course, they won't do that, because they would then hurt their pharmaceutical company cronies who make the stuff and sell it.

The hypocrisy is stunning. We're fighting a war on terror, and they're determined to attack us again on our soil, yet the ports and our borders are wide open. But we have to be strip searched to board a plane. WTF?

We give subsidies to oil companies that are already making obscene profits, yet do nothing for American airlines, who are all going bankrupt. WTF???!!!

Too many things just DO NOT ADD UP IN THIS ADMINISTRATION.

AMERICA NEEDS LEADERSHIP FOR A CHANGE!
