What The Hell Happened With Dr. Vendyl Jones?? (re:Ark Of The Covenant)

Dr. Vendyl Jones, who self claims is the inspiration for Indiana Jones, was supposed to uncover the ark last summer. I remember being extremely intrigued and anxious for the time to arrive to follow up. August passed, no update. Then it was supposed to be September, no update.

Problem is, I can't find ONE GODDAMN ARTICLE online about any updates, progress, new direction or friggin ANYTHING!

Do any of you have any info as to if this expedition is still ongoing or any updates that may have come out since last summer? I'm dyin to know what's going on with this!

More and more, biblical archaeology is turning up fakes or finding out that the biblical authors took a lot of poetic license when they described the history of the previous generations.

I navigated the site and couldn't find a damn thing on the expedition. I looked at the homepage but when scrolling down past the book for sale, didn't realize the paragraph below it was in respect to what I was looking for. Should've had a better header!

So I guess that means it's on hold right now. I hope he gets it going soon, and I can't believe that with something this potentially exciting he can't secure the funds necessary to make the trip. Something odd about all of this.

Kinda hard to tell. I am really curious to see how it all turns out though.

Hell, the ark is said to be in Israel, Syria, Iraq, Turkey, France, Scotland...it's like the biblical version of Where's Waldo!!!

I heard a few months ago on "Coast to Coast" that some guy was just weeks away from capturing Bigfoot, and we never got a followup on that story either. Clearly there is a powerful global conspiracy keeping us ill-informed...
