Which Republican Is Most Vulnerable In Your State?
Here in West Virginia we could knock off Shelly Moore Capitoe without too much trouble. She, as you may recall, was first on the scene to erroneously announce (and praise God that) only one miner had died, and 14 lived, in the Sago mining accident here in her home state. Her performance in the House of Representatives has been similar, exactly back-asswards on every single issue of note. All I'm waiting to hear is who is running against her and out comes the checkbook.

What Republican trash do you have to defeat where you live? I might have a few extra bucks for him or her too.

1. Charlie Brown is mounting a campaign to take Doolittle DOWN!

He's also a 'Band of Brothers' member and deserves a look see.

22. Fucking New Hampshire
With both of our representatives here in the Granite State, Representative Jeb Bradley in the 1st, and Representative Charlie Bass in the 2nd... there is practically no hope in unseating either of these worthless congressmen.

Then again, this is the state that ran a 90+ year old peace activist agaisnt Republican stalwart Judd Gregg in '04.

29. Sorry, maybe you should focus your efforts on a seat/race that's flippable.
We only need twenty seats to take congress back. But hey, when congress flips, your representatives can be exposed as frauds and thrown out in the next race.

Take a look at this list of "Band of Brother' and find one close to you to support - twenty buck now is worth more then fifty dollars closer to election time:

33. Another name irony
One of the band of brothers is Rich Sexton running in the NJ 3rd against incumbent Jim Saxton . Mr. Sexton needs all the help he can get since Saxton is a 20 yr popular incumbent.

2. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2006/02/26/BAGHIHDV281.DTL

He is an unpopular Republican governor running for re-election who must woo party loyalists who will raise money and knock on doors for him while at the same time reminding them, as state Sen. Abel Maldonado, R-Santa Maria (Santa Barbara County), noted, "to please understand that there are a million more Democrats than Republicans in this state, and a Republican hasn't been elected governor in a general election in 14 years.'

Vito Fossella (R) is always vulnerable. NY 11 is an open seat but the Dems will retain it easily.

With the many scandals they are ripe for the picking.

I live in Illinois and don't really have election excitement this year. God knows Blagojevich has a big enough war chest and enough wealthy Chicago supporters; he doesn't need any money from me. So I will direct my donation to help my western neighbors become blue. Missouri had the good sense to vote for the deceased Mel Carnahan over John Ashcroft, and they deserve better than Jim Talent.

26. I really think she's got a shot.
I saw her speak this weekend, along with Max Cleland, at Demo Days in Hannibal. She's not afraid to get down in the mud with Talent. She's hitting him hard on "waffling," on the stem-cell issue particularly.

20. Peter King
Although with the ports deal, maybe not. He was recently denied military flight to Iraq, so that might win him some points. He is HINTING that he is being slapped because of the ports deal. However, I would not put it past this administration to pull his flight, get sympathy from public from both, and he then drops his opposition and supports everything Bush wants.

What a tangled web they weave. Gotta think like THEY do now. Bottom line, DON'T TRUST THEM.

Jim Gibbons is not running, he is running for Gov. UGH However there is a 3 way primary race for the Repukes and our candidate Jill Derby will not face a primary opponent. She is by far a superior candidate to all of them. Check her out at www.jillderby.com

34. Chris Shays ...
... if there's a God in Heaven. I KNOW he's fairly moderate compared to most Republicans, but he did vote with the majority on that awful budget, and he still defends the war in Iraq. And one less Republican in Congress is music to my ears.
