My subconscious is going nuts!

Over the last few weeks I have been having the most intricate, vivid and strange dreams. I mean the type you couldn't possible keep up with in a dream journal. I wake up and it takes that nano-minute to sort through dreamland and reality.

I woke up this morning thinking it was January 2007. Cheney had resigned and Jeb Bush was VP. (My subconscious failed to fill me in on the mid-term legislative results.) But Jeb as VP? Heaven forbid!

Then I got to thinking about it.

1. There are rumors Cheney is going to resign.

2. Jeb is term-limited out of a gubernatorial run and has not mounted a Senate campaign.

3. Bush Co. IS that arrogant.

*shudder*

Someone pinch me.

Doggone it.

If that doesn't help, then follow George AWOL Bush's lead: read a copy of "My Pet Goat"

I guarantee you that you will not be bothered by a damn thing while you kick back and have a nice read.

I have no doubt he would try this. The only thing preventing him is sibling rivalry and fear of being shown up by his slightly less stupid bro.

and the circle of those he can trust to remain loyal gets smaller... I can see it happening. And it has the added attraction of being dynastic, which would make Mother very happy.

There is another bonus for the junta: The corporate puppet masters would not have to waste their time breaking the new emperor in at a lot of meetings to give him his agenda come 09.
