I like it when I walk into an American, to either fall down myself (preferred) or knock him down. Just walking through an American is somewhat disconcerting.

Seriously though it's hard to quantify, but someone who gives a damn and isn't mean-spirited is what I think of as a good American.

6. Definition :
A good, solid American is someone that shouts their beliefs at the top of their lungs, while supporting the right for their opponents to do the same. Someone that would rather die free than live captive (to fear). Someone who believes that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one.

To summarize - a Liberal.

9. Sometimes we find good solid Americans here in Wisconsin...
...usually in the Spring, when the snowbanks start melting. Though they do get sort of soggy and smelly a few days after the thaw. :shrug:
