NEW MEME: Republicans are rooting for another 9/11
They want to go to war with Iran, but that will never happen without a draft. And a draft will never happen without another terrorist attack.

I am sick of them saying Democrats are hoping for more casualties in Iraq. They say Democrats are cheering on casualties because it makes Bush look bad. Well, I say they are rooting for another terror attack, because it will validate Bush's point that we need to attack Iran.

1. Every night before bed Bush and Frist and Hastert pray for another 9-11
preferably with Iranian perps.

15. The trap
That's how the system conditions you: you're worried about appearing unseemly and "nutty" when you you should be very concerned about what you'd find if you began researching what's really going on in this country. People within our government and military aren't just praying for another 9/11, it's already planned and awaiting the green light.

Conspiracy: any two or more people doing something immoral or illegal.
Happens all the time, but "they" convince you that on the basis of chauvinism, the elite on the "home team" would never be so dirty. Yet, these are the very people who actively, consciously plan the slaughter of scores of people on a routine basis. Hundreds of thousands of dead Iraqi children from the sanctions alone ...yet you somehow don't believe they'd sacrifice three-thousand in order to green light all of the BIG plans they had all rarin' and ready to go, just waiting on the justification. Wake up.

17. I am plenty awake, thank you very much.
Although I have not met dflprincess in person (yet), she and I know each other well enough to know that I was funning with her. If anyone is into conspiracy theories it is me...

I really appreciated your personal jab at me. :eyes:

You do not know me, therefore you have no way of knowing whether I am a sheeple or I am a rational thinking human being. Thanks for assuming I am a sheeple! :grr:

"Conspiracy" doesn't mean "NOT TRUE"
I mean, the whole official government story about how Bin Laden launched attacks against the World Trade Centers....that's CONSPIRACY by definition. Bin Laden CONSPIRED to attack the World Trade Centers. So, really, what seperates a "conspiracy theory" from a legitamite theory?

31. Simple Deductive Reasoning Skills
It's no coincidence that the word "theory" immediately follows "conspiracy." It's taken root within the collective consciousness, strategically. It ensures the notion that "conspiracies" are merely theoretical, and to be roundly dismissed, and those who dare engage in such, as Noam Chomsky words it, "institutional analysis," are to be ignored. When they can no longer be ignored, say, as more people realize the emperor indeed has no clothes, than such people are to be attacked on every personal level. Liberals, anti-war people are "unpatriotic," "crazy," "hateful," etc.

With any theory, you gather support, evidence. The more evidence there is that reveals, for example, the prevailing perception of the matter to be incorrect, implausible, inconsistent, the "conspiracy" theory becomes a possibility. From there, the more evidence amassed changes the possibility to probability.

37. This is true
I've said this since Wellstone was killed. Personally, I'm suspicious about the nature of his death and probably will always be. I know several people, some of whom are not especially politically aware (even a couple who lean Republican), whose immediate reaction was that Bush had him killed.

So even if is was an accident, what does it say about public perception of Bushco that the knee jerk response by so many to Wellstone's death was that it had to be murder?

3. I don't pray for more boys to die in Iraq
I pray for them to come home from this stupid war, which is only going to go down in history
as one of the worst mistakes we ever made. That is the stupid projecting their own feelings
on to us. Every time I see the face of a fallen soldier, I think how young he was and what
a loss this was.

I heard that one tossed around by GOPers quite a bit in 2004.

14. another attack?
Based on stuff I've read in the Faith Hill/Tim Mcgraw posts, most here think American's would blame this admin if another terror attack came inside the US.

Bush and Co. would not get a free pass this time and their competence would be seriously questioned, what with Katrina all botched up and everything.

13. Please point out a single Republican that has said this.
Besides, if there's another 9/11, it proves them incapable of providing security and blowing their whole cover on the issue.

It's wrong, dishonest, and makes you no better than Rove.

18. I'm not saying they say this.
I'm saying they are secretly wishing for it. No, it's not a rational accusation, but it's a response to the "Democrats are hoping for Iraq casualties" argument they use all the time.

Noting your sig, I have to ask if you saw Feingold's debate in his 2004 re-election campaign.

That man is vicious, and has zero tolerance for right wing bullshit.

He wouldn't have to make bizarre accusations like this.

21. Problem
Edited on Fri Mar-10-06 04:58 PM by Ufomammut
The next psyop will be huge. You can't begin to fathom the psychological and emotional chaos, and what that could lead to. In short, with the murder of three-thousand people, they were able to implement long-rehearsed plans, subvert the constitution, our elections, international law/treaties, and reshape the entire foreign/domestic policy. If tens or hundreds of thousands die, there won't be any pretend political debates on cable TV, or the usual propaganda, anything you recognize will be all over, which is exactly what they want.

28. Where to begin?
I'd start with theologian David Ray Griffin's books on the subject. Paul Thompson's "timeline" is essential too, as it strictly relies on mainstream sources. I don't have time to wade into it now, but yes, 9/11 was psyops, and no, the long range PNAC plans don't stop with Iraq, they began there. That's why the Bushco was placed and appointed to be in charge; what else were these mass murdering thugs going to do?
