Gas prices up ANOTHER dime in the last 2 days.
I'm not surprised as I now understand 'the system'...

1. I noticed the last 20 bucks of gas i was getting 5.1 miles to the dollar
glad i don't drive much anymore.

2. Yes indeed.
Here in Northern Virginia, I've noticed a marked increase over the last 7-10 days. $2.19 now $2.33. The other day it was around $2.27.

What a racket.

And while my own gas and electric have been manageable and not too far off what I normally pay this time of year (thanks to a very small interior townhouse), friends and family with the 3,000 sf (or larger) homes have had some outrageous natural gas bills the last two months.

3. It's great to see Democrats capitalizing on this issue...
with their bold plans to make us less dependant on the whims of oil companies by promoting public transportation and investing in alternative energy. Oh...wait...never mind.
