Is that what that man is saying? This paradigm shift for "legal policy" that he's talking about on CSPAN from a speech on Friday to the American Bar Association. Sounds very much like the "rule of law" he loves so much and that he assures us the "administration" loves so much is that the law can just be made up by anyone who want to make it up whenever it serves their purposes. It is scary that he is telling these jurist there that they will be expected to help in this paradigm shift.

He was asked if there are cases of "going outside the legal view" for the purposes of national security now. He responded that it is the administration's position that noone is doing that. How convenient. If we say we aren't breaking a law, then we aren't. Talk about relativism. The Rs are masters of it.
