Feingold Live on MSNBC now. (9:30 a.m.)

My attempt at transcriping some choice quotes:

"...in MY mind, is probably high crimes and misdemeanors"

The noise coming from the Republicans shows how worried they are about this, he says. "...a president who has done something far more serious than President Clinton did, and they're calling it political."

"This is exactly what I would do regardless of political party."

3. I think censure is right, but now Feingold said it's appropriate INSTEAD
of impeachment which he says is too radical.

Uh...there is a a growing number of Dems in congress who are seeking impeachment.

6. In administration's favor: Confusion as just exactly WHAT to do.
WHAT approach to take when there are so many factors. I want impeachment, myself and believe it is doable.

7. on impeachment
I think Americans want the government to do their job. So from the point of view of the average non-political junkie, congress should reign in Bush's power as necessary without virtually shutting it down with impeachment proceedings. That would would lose the Dems some support. I feel pretty strongly about that.
