8. Apparently, the feeling of not having to abide by the law starts at
the top and trickles down to every level of government. Don't like a law, just ignore it.

5. Here's the Story!!! LINK
~snip~ ALEXANDRIA, Virginia (AP) -- An angry federal judge unexpectedly recessed the death penalty trial al Qaeda conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui to consider whether government violations of her rules against coaching witnesses should remove the death penalty as an option.
The stunning development came at the opening of the fifth day of the trial as the government informed the judge and the defense over the weekend that a lawyer for the Federal Aviation Administration had coached four government FAA witnesses. ~snip~

16. Gosh, who really KNOWS?
My vote would be on the Republicans. Since they've done their best to seek power. And keep it.

17. Golly, who's in charge of the government?
Who's BEEN in charge for 5+ years? Who's been purging all the opposition party members OUT of the federal bureaucracy this whole time and replacing them with loyal cronies?

The Greens? The Communists?

Right...

11. Given the fact that Moussaoui tried to plead guilty as you noted
One has one to wonder what the point of coaching witnesses for the prosecution was?

All I can think of is that they continue to cover things up about 9/11 -- what else would be the point here? Especially the fact that they coached the FAA controllers -- do you suppose they were told not to mention the fact that their supervisor destroyed all the tapes of their original accounts by busting them up and spreading the broken cassettes among different trash cans?

18. what are they hiding?
The FAA coached witnesses? Does that mean something couldn't be revealed? That's how I read this.
