By God I'm a Liberal

I know what I'm going to say takes courage but here it goes:

If by wanting a balanced budget means I'm a Liberal then by God I am one.

If by wanting to question my government about civil liberties and the rule of law in the case of illegal wiretapping means I'm a Liberal then by God I am one.

If by wanting to reduce the number of people in poverty up to the middle class means I'm a Liberal then by God I am one.

If by wanting government to be effective and the President of our country to be the samrtest person in the room means I'm a Liberal then by God I'm one.

If by taking offense I've been lied to about the reasons for going to war with Iraq means I'm a Liberal then by God I am one.

If by wanting to end the corporate welfare and corruption in this country along with clean elections reforms means I'm a Liberal then by God I am one.

If by putting country ahead of political party means I'm a Liberal then by God I am one.

Elect Democrats in 06 and take back our country!! America will rise again.
