Justice Dept. as inept as FEMA. Zacarias Moussaoui

Four Years into this trial of the ONLY person arrested for 911 the ALBERTO GONZALES JUSTICE DEPARTMENT BLOWS THE CASE.

1. This is so bad

I heard the report on NPR and it is nothing short of inexcusable. I will give them credit for coming forward as opposed to lying but that is all they get credit for.

Why expect this Justice Department to be any different than its head - Gonzales - or his boss, Fuckface?

This judge is a no-nonsense woman - and a really excellent jurist - and these assholes picked the wrong judge on whom to try to do an end run.

This has been a mess from the beginning. Really badly handled by the Justice Department. Moussaoui has played them like the bad drums that they are.

My colleagues and I say this transcript stuff might be a fatal flaw and force a mistrial, or else the government's case is pretty much gutted.

What arrogance. What utter stupidity. Sending transcripts. Unfuckingbelievable.
