describe how we win on the censure issue

I trust Russ a lot but for the life of me I can't see how we win this issue.

We can't maintain solidarity among our own Senate Democrats to vote for censure and even if we could we'd lose the vote to the Repub majority.

Even if we made the Repubs stand behind Bush* to embarrass them, would it have any effect by November?

I think censure is the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM we should call for and yes, it is the RIGHT AND PATRIOTIC thing to do.
