Does Scott McClellan's high forehead always sweat so profusely?

When he was telling the reporters that the enemy was Al Qaeda and not the president of the United States in regards to Feingold's censure proposal, it just seemed like his forehead was very wet with perspiration.

Anybody follow Scott's sweat patterns?
