You would think that if you expect millions of people to look at your site you would at least get some inviting colors. The color choices I see on some major sites just boggles my mind.

about how so many websites seem to be color blind when designing their sites. One that is particularily bad is http://www.bloody-disgusting.com/ a movie site devoted to horror movies. It is very popular, but I can't believe the red and black color scheme they use. It is painful to look at!
