What I would give today to be griping
about some small quibble I have with some policy President Gore or President Kerry wants to implement.
Damn, what I would give for that.

The debate in Canada isn't whether or not to create a national child care program, since Both conservative and liberal parties actually agree that there is the need, but on whether or not to structure it via tax credits to pay for private child care (conservative) or to actually build state run child care centers (liberal).

What a great "debate" to have. Even the Canadian "conservatives" appear to be MILES to the left of American "Liberal" politicians!
