So they want to give a day to a guy who sold weapons to Iraq and Iran, starting this whole insanity in the first place? :puke:

7. What E-Card will Hallmark come out with
to "celebrate" the legacy of a murderous foreign policy in Central and South America and 200+ dead marines in Beirut? At home his legacy is the war on the poor and middle class and just general stupidness, disguised as a folksy chuckle.

10. Dont forget:
He also appointed that douchebag Jerry Falwell to his staff as his "spiritual advisor". This ushered in an insane era of fundamentalist Christian stupidity, of which we're now just reaping the rewards of.

No freaking way. No way.

I live in Georgia. We are the home of Jimmy Carter, MLK, Jr., Max Cleland and John Lewis among others. Any of these great men is deserving of a special Georgia day.

They already named a freaking highway after Raygun. Give me a break.

The only thing named after Ronald Reagan is a piece of shit freeway that goes nowhere (from San Fernando to Simi Valley) and I think that's all Ronnie is ever going to get named after him in this state.

25. Yep, provided weapons to both sides in a war. What principles!
Not only conventional weapons. Reagan gave nerve agent precursors to Saddam Hussein, knowing that Hussein would use these chemical weapons against enemies of his regime. And lest we forget - Reagan did not want the Marine barracks in Beirut barricaded because it would be "bad for America's image." It wasn't so great for America's image when the 250 or so Marines got blown up and Reagan pulled out without doing a damn thing - except invade a tiny island in the Caribbean!

Saint Ronnie. It just goes to show how gullible millions of people are to think he was a great President.
