They're still making a fair number of excuses for him, but are clearly frustrated that he isn't more like Reagan.

They said he was curious, read and worked all the time and was a talker...unlike Bush who isn't curious, and would rather have his free time. (Excuses, like I said.)

However, they did say that Bush makes a snap decision and then sticks with it, even when he should be thinking more about it. "Stubborn?" one guy suggested. "Yes, he's stubborn," said the others.
