FBI Spied on PA Peace Group Because of Antiwar Views
Newly Released Files Reveal FBI Spied on PA Peace Group Because of Antiwar Views

Newly released files show the FBI has been monitoring and possibly infiltrating a Pittsburgh peace group because of its opposition to the war in Iraq. We speak with the former head of the Thomas Merton Center, who was personally named in the FBI spy files as well as the New York Civil Liberties Union which has filed FOIA requests to determine whether the FBI is spying on the ACLU and other prominent political and religious groups in the city.

2. That IS Political Spying
Edited on Sat Mar-18-06 11:45 AM by Kansas Wyatt
If they are willing to spy on and tamper with a small peace group for political reasons, they are certainly going to go after a political party and politicians. Especially during a crucial election that would possibly dump their asses in the street.

But oh no, we cannot have such a thought enter the Halls of Congress, because the world may realize that we really are not a democracy after all. No wonder the establishment is amazed at the support from 'We The People,' who have been pissed for some time now, for a Senator who does want the truth to be known.

3. So, while they're busy wasting resources on spying on ...
people who don't agree with the administration, I wonder what's slipping under their radar. Idiots. If another terrorist attack does happen on American soil, it is on their heads.
