Censure resolution should give Democrats pause

"Clearly, to Democrats, Bush and the Republicans can do nothing right.

But there is a downside to overconfidence — the tendency to overstep.

And that's what many Republicans think Wisconsin Democratic Sen. Russ Feingold, who has his eye on running for president in 2008, did Monday. He introduced a Senate resolution condemning what he calls Bush's "unlawful authorization of wiretaps of Americans within the United States without obtaining the court orders required" by the 1978 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act."


Yeah, the democrats might "overstep", what a hand-job.
