Try to be "Average Joe", and not the educated, jaded, and world-wise person that most of us are.

To Average Joe, is * really losing it? Is he being an ass for all the world to see? Would a non-political person see this and say "he's having a breakdown" or "he can't handle himself in public" or similar?

I only ask because of the echo chamber effect. You know how that goes.

That "hail millionaire, well met" grimace is creepy. He's very uncomfortable, he keeps twisting from one side to the other and clutching the podium, leaning back and forward. The body language is excruciating.
