On Iraq, Bush bristled at a suggested that he wanted to wage war against that country since early in his presidency.

“I didn’t want war. To assume I wanted war is just flat wrong ... with all due respect,” he told a reporter. “No president wants war.” To those who say otherwise, “it’s simply not true,” Bush said.

Whatever you say, Mr. War prez

7. "‘If I have a chance to invade…." -george w. bush, 1999
‘If I have a chance to invade….if I had that much capital, I’m not going to waste it."

bush must be setting a new record for number of lies he's told in one press conferance.

10. Then who was that announcing the war in 2003?
During the time in the green room before he went on, Bush was pumping his fist and saying "Feels good, feels good" about the prospect of the invasion he was launching.

Must have been someone else, huh? At least, that's what Bush says today, which totally nullifies what he said then. And when he says something else tomorrow, then that will be the eternal, deathless truth. Until the day after tomorrow.
